The Lady Bass Anglers Association will travel to Texas beautiful Lake Toledo Bend for the second regular season event for 2019. This will be the first time that that LBAA has fished the waters of Toledo Bend Reservior.

Toledo Bend Reservior is on the Sabine River in Shelby, Sabine and Newton counties, straddling the Texas-Louisiana state line. The dam is in Newton County approximately 24 miles northeast of Jasper.The lake has an area of 185,000 acres, the largest man-made body of water in Texas, the largest in the South, and the fifth largest in the United States. Impounded in 1967, Toledo Bend has a suface area of 181,600 acres with a maximum depth of 110 feet. Conservation pool is 172 feet above sea level with a fluctuaion of 1-5 feet. Water clarity is clear in the middle and lower lake to slightly turbid in the upper region.

Residents of Texas or Louisiana who are properly licensed in their state (or are exempt because of age), or persons who hold valid non-resident fishing licenses issued by either state may fish in any portion of the lakes and rivers forming a common boundary between Louisiana and Texas inland from a line across Sabine Pass between Texas Point and Louisiana Point. Length Limits will follow Texas Parks and Wildlife Regulations. Largemouth Bass 14"; Spotted Bass 12"

This two day pro/am event will have pro-anglers competing to bring in the heaviest 5 fish limit comprised of any combination of largemouth, or spotted bass. Co-anglers are looking for the same species but only need 3 fish for a bag limit each day. The angler in each division with the largest combined two day weight will be awarded the top cash prize for her division. One angler in each division will also be awarded a  prize for the biggest bass of the tournament. Cash payouts in each division will be paid to every 1 in 5 anglers registering for the tournament. Entry fees for pro-anglers is $400 and for co-anglers is $200. The last day to register without a late fee is April 3, 2019.

Texas Non-Resident Annual- $58; One Day- $16 per day
Lousiana Non-Resident $60; One Day- $5.00 per day
